Depends on what American films you’re talking about bro; plenty of American movies are responsible for key cinematic achievements. We may have the greatest number of people currently cranking out shit-flicks (and these shit-flicks seem to be the only ones getting attention), but that doesn’t mean there aren’t still some great artists in this country.
